“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”
―Carl R. Rogers
All are Welcomed!
I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and you’ve already taken a meaningful first step.
Does your mind feel hard to slow down, especially at night when everything gets quiet? Do you hold yourself to high expectations while trying to keep up with everything around you? If you tend to think deeply about the world around you or carry more internally than others realize, you’re not alone.
If you’re navigating anxiety, sleep struggles, grief, trauma, or a life transition that feels bigger than expected, therapy can offer a supportive place to slow down and process what you’re carrying. I work with adults and college students, including high-achieving and creative individuals, first-generation students navigating unfamiliar systems, and those holding the emotional weight of chronic illness whether their own or someone they love. I also enjoy supporting clients in exploring how neurodiversity may shape their experiences.
Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and create space for more clarity, self-understanding, and self compassion.
My hope is that this space feels warm, steady, and safe. This is a place where you can show up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds.
If you often feel out of step, overstimulated, or like you’re carrying more than others can see, therapy can be a place where you feel understood rather than fixed.
You don’t have to hold it all alone. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
