“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”

Carl R. Rogers

All are Welcomed!

I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support isn't always easy, and taking this first step is something to celebrate.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating anxiety, overthinking, major life changes, grief, trauma, or simply feeling like you've lost your footing. You don't have to figure it all out on your own. Therapy offers a space to slow down, take a breath, and explore what's been weighing on you with curiosity, compassion, and support.

I work with adults and college students who are looking for a place to better understand themselves, build healthier coping strategies, and move through life's challenges with greater confidence. I also enjoy supporting clients as they explore how neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, may shape their experiences and relationships with themselves and others.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Together, we'll make sense of what you're carrying, strengthen the tools that already exist within you, and create space for healing, self-compassion, and meaningful growth.

I strive to create a space that feels warm, steady, and welcoming—where you can show up exactly as you are, without the pressure to have everything figured out. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive, and committed to honoring the unique experiences and identities each person brings.

You don't have to carry everything alone. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
